Milford home sales prices have been rising consistently for a few years now, but 2019 is off to a different start!
For the first time in 3 years both January and February median home sale prices in Milford have dropped over the prior year:
While the change is not too significant, with prices down roughly 1% from the year prior, this is an unexpected change from the significant growth in Milford home values of the past few years.
The year has only just begun, and we are just entering the busiest season of the year now, so the course of 2019 pricing could certainly still take on a new direction.
