Last Updated on

2018 Connecticut Residential Home Sales

The current median home sale price in September 2018 is $245,500 with homes selling in 65 days. While this is a decline from prior months, it is no cause for alarm. This pattern repeats on a yearly basis with spring as the best time to sell, and fall as the best time to buy .
