Cheshire homes are moving fast in 2017! After hovering between the 40-50 day mark for the past 5 years, homes that sell are currently selling in an median of just 28 days on market. This is a 10 year record low.  Prices have also started to climb just a tad and currently the median home selling price in Cheshire is $320,000, a slow rise from the bottom of the market in 2013:

 With market inventory dropping over the last few years as buyer demand increased, we are finally seeing the inevitable rise of home prices. While we are still down quite a bit from the height of the market, it seems we have finally started consistently moving towards increased values once again.
