Connecticut home sale prices peaked in September at $300,000 and have dropped slightly in October and again in November. The market does significantly cool off every winter in CT so this could certainly be a regular seasonal change after a hot summer market. It could also be a sign that the market is ready to start cooling down for good and favoring buyers again. Only time will tell!
