After a few stagnant years, Fairfield, CT single family home sales prices are up to their highest average point in 5 years so far in 2017!

The current average sale in Fairfield is up to $749,000, up 10% from the 2012 low of $671,00. Average time on market is also on its way down, as inventory has been dropping for the last few years and currently sits at 5 months of inventory. Anything over 6 months is considered a buyers market, while levels below 6 months signifies a sellers market. WONDERING WHAT YOUR FAIRFIELD HOME IS WORTH?

  Minna was the best thing that happened to us in a very long time. We’ve been planning on moving from on house and on with our lives and the house was simply an anchor. We’ve had two liens on the house that would take a long time to cure and we were forced to sell the house to settle with the bank. I’ve looked around for someone who specializes in short sales, not just an agent that did 2-3. The process took a while, but Minna was super persistent, and her strategic approach was close to none.
