After a few stagnant years, Fairfield, CT single family home sales prices are up to their highest average point in 5 years so far in 2017!

 The current average sale in Fairfield is up to $749,000, up 10% from the 2012 low of $671,00. Average time on market is also on its way down, as inventory has been dropping for the last few years and currently sits at 5 months of inventory. Anything over 6 months is considered a buyers market, while levels below 6 months signifies a sellers market. WONDERING WHAT YOUR FAIRFIELD HOME IS WORTH?
