While many towns are seeing upward movement so far in 2017, Hamden does not currently to be enjoying the same, or at least not yet: 
With an average sales price at a 5 year low at $177,935 and no improvement in the number of days to sell, Hamden is off to a slow start. It is however only March, so there is still plenty of time for activity in Hamden, CT to improve!
