Milford, CT real estate sales prices have been steadily gaining ground for 6 years in a row now! Even as many surrounding CT towns are still struggling, Milford seems to be on solid ground towards recovery.  

Milford, CT sales prices last peaked in 2007 at a median of $315,000. Over the next 5 years prices tumbled a whopping 30% to bottom out in 2012 at $220,000. Prices have been rising ever since and the median sales price in Milford is currently $259,950:

While 2018 is certainly another strong year for Milford homeowners, sales prices are still 17% below the prices seen at the height of the market, leaving many still owing more than their homes are worth. Milford homeowners who cannot pay off their property debts with a home sale, do have the option to short sell.
