Milford home sales prices are at a five year high as marketing time for Milford homes drops to a five year low in 2017!

Home marketing times have been hovering between 70 and 80 days for a few years, but significant buyer demand, coupled with decreasing inventory in the last few years has pushed home marketing time in Milford down to a 5 year median low of 57 in 2017:

This higher demand for homes in Milford has caused not only time on market to drop, but prices to to reach a 5 year median high at $270,000!

Although 2017 has certainly proved to be a promising year for Milford homeowners, upward movement has been very slow leaving many homeowners still struggling with negative equity.
