New Haven County, CT Real Estate Market Update

​After bottoming out in 2012, the New Haven County real estate market has been picking up speed! Home sales prices through 1st quarter of 2019 rose over 4% over 1st quarter of 2018 reaching a decade median high of $191,500:

​With interest rates down and ever increasing buyer demand, we can likely expect the trend to continue on in 2019! 

New Haven County includes:Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Bethany, Branford, Cheshire, Derby, East Haven, Guilford, Hamden, Madison, Meriden, Middlebury, Milford, Naugatuck, New Haven, North Branford, North Haven, Orange, Oxford, Prospect, Seymour, Southbury, Wallingford, Waterbury, West Haven, Wolcott, and Woodbridge.
