  1. Wow, this article really lays out the landscape for anyone thinking of moving to or within New Haven County, CT! 🏠 It's fascinating to see such a wide range of housing options and prices within the same county. Madison being the priciest doesn't surprise me with its shoreline charm, but I'm intrigued by how affordable places like Waterbury are! Does anyone know what the vibe is like in these more affordable towns? Are there hidden gems in areas like Meriden or Derby that are attracting new homeowners? It's great to see there's something for every budget here. 🌳💼 Would love to hear more about the community aspects of these places!
