Its a great year for Waterbury homeowners so far this year! Home sale prices are skyrocketing, with home sale prices up almost 10% over 2018, with the current median at $115,000:
Waterbury homes continue to sell quickly as home buyer demand continues to increase, leading to less and less inventory - fueling the upward price trend:
Even as prices have increased significantly, the rate of short sales and foreclosed homes is still rather high at a total rate of 21% of all home sales. The good news here is that the rate of distress sales continues to decrease and is currently at a five year low:
