What's happening in the Woodbridge, CT real estate market? 2018 ended with a bang as marketing reached a 5 year low at just 39 days, and prices reached a 5 year high at $395,000:

So what's up next for Woodbridge real estate sales prices? We are just 2 weeks into 2019, and while my crystal ball eludes me, it would be reasonable to expect the strong demand for Woodbridge homes to continue, and for prices to continue to rise in 2019.

  Minna was the best thing that happened to us in a very long time. We’ve been planning on moving from on house and on with our lives and the house was simply an anchor. We’ve had two liens on the house that would take a long time to cure and we were forced to sell the house to settle with the bank. I’ve looked around for someone who specializes in short sales, not just an agent that did 2-3. The process took a while, but Minna was super persistent, and her strategic approach was close to none.
