While home owners in many towns state wide are enjoying explosive home value growth, Woodbridge, CT home owners can't join the party quite yet! 

Woodbridge home sale prices haven't changed significantly for most of the last 5 years and are currently at a year to date median of $413,000:

Although there has been a slight uptick of new listings on market in 2020, listing activity has been mostly flat since 2015:

While there has been some improvement to the home marketing time since the shutdowns have been ending, days for Woodbridge homes to sell are up 10% over 2019, and 25% over 2018:

While the last few years have been somewhat promising, Woodbridge home sale prices are still 25% below those of the last peak seen locally in 2007:

Will Woodbridge, CT home owners  ever see the prices reached at the last peak seen 13 years ago? Time will tell!
