After peaking in 2007, Woodbridge, CT home sale prices tumbled down for the next 9 years. After finally bottoming out in 2016, Woodbridge sales prices have continued to head back up, and 2018 sees the median sales price at a 6 year high!

Woodbridge home sales prices dropped a whopping 31% after reaching height of $525,000 in 2007. After dropping to a low of $362,000 in 2016, Woodbridge prices are up again! Sales prices have been growing by 4-6% yearly since with the current median sales price in Woodbridge at $402,500:

This is certainly great news for Woodbridge home owners overall. However, for those who bought or refinanced their homes near the peak of the market, prices are still 23% below the values seen near 2007. Though upward movement has been consistent, many are still struggling with negative equity. There are certainly options for those who need to sell but lack the equity to get out of the loan.
