Woodbridge home sales prices are up 7% in 2017!
Despite an overall trend of Woodbridge homes selling faster since 2012, the Woodbridge market has proved unsteady, with the median sales price actually bottoming out in 2016 - many years behind other CT towns:
The median sales price has finally started to move up again 2017, reaching a median of $387,555, up 7% over the previous year.
Although 2017 has certainly proved to be a promising year for Woodbridge homeowners, upward movement has been very slow leaving many homeowners still struggling with negative equity.
