Hamden, CT short sales still running steady in 2017.

Hamden, along with most of Connecticut has been very slow to recover value wise since our last real estate crash, leaving many homeowners still underwater as home sales prices have not risen significantly. Reid Real Estate Group specializes in New Haven County short sales and has helped many Hamden homeowners get out of their underwater homes.
