New Haven County short sales continue to hover at 3% of total market inventory for the third year in a row in 2017:

Waterbury and New Haven lead the way with the most short sales sold in 2017, followed closely by Hamden and Milford. New Haven County includes Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Bethany, Branford, Cheshire, Derby, East Haven, Guilford, Hamden, Madison, Meriden, Middlebury, Milford, Naugatuck, New Haven, North Branford, North Haven, Orange, Oxford, Prospect, Seymour, Southbury, Wallingford, Waterbury, West Haven, Wolcott and Woodbridge.
